   As a dedicated Special Education Teacher and Behavior Intervention Specialist, I believe that every child deserves a bridge between their unique potential and the world around them. With 16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and 7 years in public school special education, I have spent my career advocating for students and families to ensure they never have to navigate their educational journey alone. I focus on the "whole child," prioritizing emotional well-being and the development of daily living skills that foster true independence.  I specialize in naturalistic teaching that meets children where they are. Whether I am at the IEP table advocating for a student’s rights or working one-on-one to replace challenging behaviors with functional communication, my goal is always to create a calm, supportive, and effective environment where every child can thrive.
